Getting Started

It is very easy to contract our services and expertise. Genesis uses a tailored Systems Engineering approach to product development using processes from MIL-STD-499B and CMMI-SE/SW/IPPD/SS. This ensures a consistent high quality product for our clients. It also allows our engineers to follow a time-tested and proven methodology for ensuring high quality products on schedule and on budget. There are a number of aspects of any project that should be examined prior to commencement of the product development cycle. Genesis has developed a comprehensive needs analysis process that leads to a concise set of agreed upon product requirements. These requirements form the contractual obligations Genesis follows to develop the product. These requirements establish the key features of the product to enhance its position in the market. Our engineers will be happy to work with you to develop these requirements as part of our product development service. Genesis provides the potential client with a consultation to discuss our capabilities and skills and to discuss aspects of the project - all at no cost. Please call for an appointment. Many clients already have established methods for soliciting our services. These include Statements of Work (SOW), Requests for Quote (RFQ), Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Purchase Orders (PO) for established products.

Our simple yet robust product development processes removes all guesswork and provides as much or as little client involvement as desired. For details click here.
